筷子製竹筍

CANNED BAMBOO SHOOTS FROM CHINA
中國製罐頭竹荀

This is the quick way
to make bamboo shoots from China .
Be careful what you eat.

This is used bamboo chopsticks .
一次性竹筷子


They are cut to smaller parts.
剪成細段

They are the main material 

for canned bamboo shoots.
罐頭竹筍主要材料

They are dipped into strong rice liquors 

for many days.
浸米水數日

Add little bit herb flavor.

加香草

Add little bit Natribi Carbonate.

加碳酸鹽

Add little bit sugar.

加糖

Add little bit soy sauce.

加醬油

Add water and boil them up.
再加水烹煮

Save in a container for few weeks.
放在容器數星期
